Julita Hanlon
Julita Hanlon, born in Poland in 1969, now lives and works in Scotland.
Her strong personal responses to social and political events means that she works through the medium of paint, print and photography, textiles and 3D objects to explore salient social and political issues, close to home and abroad. She wants her art to challenge assumptions, create opportunity for dialogue, reflection, engagement and empathy.
She is currently studying (3rd year) for BA(Hons) Fine Art: Painting and Printmaking at Glasgow School of Art
